• MELT Method

The MELT Method® is a breakthrough self-treatment system that restores the supportiveness of the body’s connective tissue to eliminate chronic pain, improve performance, and decrease the accumulated stress caused by repetitive postures and movements of everyday living. This pro-active self-treatment technique is backed by science and acclaimed by thousands of devoted MELTers.

New research has revealed the missing link to pain-free living: a balanced nervous system and healthy connective tissue. These two components work together to provide whole-body support, protection, and mind-body communication.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It’s practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.

  • Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini is said to be a three coiled serpent existing in all of us that resides at the base of our spine and lies dormant just awaiting to be awakened. Through a series of practices including kriya (specific series of poses designed to move energy upward), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, asana, and mantra (chanting and singing) we can awaken this sleeping serpent and begin to unravel our true potential. The classes offered will be a wide variety of these aspects of yoga and each class will have a central theme. Kundalini Yoga is said to be the most powerful yoga of transformation, shifting one’s perspective and raising vibrational frequency to higher states. These classes are for people of all abilities and skill levels as there is always a modification available for any pose.
